Mechanical working

   Parts, assemblies and devices for mining, railway transport, building industry, agriculture, environment protection are manufactured in the Fablok Company.
   Working possibilities of the shop are presented below. Working is divided into several basic types.

Turning:
- using centre lathes (Dmax =1000 mm - face chuck, Lmax =3000 mm)
- using numerically controlled lathes (Dmax = 630 mm - face chuck, Dmax = 320 mm - shaft, Lmax = 1000 mm)
- using vertical lathes (Dmax = 2200 mm, hmax =1260 mm)
- using lathe for axle-sets
- using semi - automatic lathes and turret lathes D = 80 mm

Milling:
full range of mechanical working on the milling table: 360 x 1600 mm
using numerically controlled milling machines, table size 800 x 1200 mm
splines (Dmax = 200 mm, Lmax = 3000 mm, module mmax = 10mm)


Boring of details, bodies, welded structures:
- using boring machines (table size max 1520 x 1700 mm, xmax = 2200 mm, ymax = 1600 mm, zmax = 1600 mm)
- using machining centre (table size 810 x 810 mm, xmax = 1250 mm,
ymax = 1000 mm, zmax = 750 mm)
- using machining centres ( working space: 610 x 500 x 550 mm)

Grinding:
- shafts in the centres (Lmax = 3000 mm and Dmax = 630 mm - abrasive disk, max. mass of shaft: 1200 kg)
- centreless grinding of shafts (Dmax = 75 mm and Lmax = 200 mm)
- holes (from f 16 mm, Lmax = 300 mm to f 1000 mm, Lmax = 650 mm)
- surfaces on the magnetic chuck with size: 630 x 2000 mm splines


Machining of toothed wheels includes:
- milling of cylindrical gears with straight and helical teeth, max. module m = 16, Dmax = 1250 mm
- slotting of teeth - internal and external teeth - with Fellows method, max. module m = 8, Dmax = 800 mm
- milling of bevel gears with straight and skew teeth with pitch circle diameter from f=30 mm to f=750 mm, max. module m = 12, max. length of element of the reference cone 400 mm, max. length of teeth 160 mm
- cutting of circular - curved teeth with Gleason method on wheels with max. pitch diameter of wheel 457 mm at ratio 10:1 (angle of flank pitch line 30o), number of teeth: 5 - 150
- grinding of toothed wheels with grinding machines, module mmax = 14,
Dmax = 1000 mm, max rim height h=200 mm accuracy of machining: 5 class acc. to DIN



Numerically controlled one-gantry planer mill type GMC 320 CNC
    Planer mill is designed for working of objects with complicated shapes and dimensions of 20 000 x 3200 x 2100 mm and enables machining of: locomotive frames, construction machinery frames, tramway and locomotive bogies frames etc.
    The application of the numerical control system of Siemens SInumeric 840 D assures efficient and effective details machining according to the program.
    Planer mil is equipped with linear measurement system for axes X, Y, Z of Heidenhain company.
    Planer mil is manufactured according to the Polish standards and the present safety regulations. This planer mill has “B” safety sign and CE conformance certificate.

    17 overhead cranes with lifting capacity of 0.5 t ÷ 7.5 t are used during machining.
The basic systems used in the abovementioned processes are: compressed air, natural gas , oxygen, acetylene, CO2+Ar.
